There's lots of scope for cycle routes across Brent Meadow and under the Wharncliffe viaduct - nothing but footpaths now.

A classic of the genre - look at the SUV to get a sense of just how far a pedestrian must walk to cross this road https://t.co/RwRGzttG8M

Cromwell Close is a large residential development with no provision of any bike storage/parking. We need bike storage to avoid public transport.

Bridge closed, awaiting funds for maintainence. Fund this as it's a long way round..

Upgrade ramp & surface

Road not wide enough for two cars. Make road narrower. Add cycle lane. Widen path.

Cycle lane needed along edge of common.

Pavement needed along edge of common

Implement single car lane both east & west, with a proper segregated cycle lane in each direction. This would also allow for wider pavements. Currently there’s an unusable westbound lane (too narrow) and an unusable Eastbound bus lane … [more]

Cycle lane comes to abrupt end. Needs to be extended to junction ahead, or change the pavement in to the cycle lane and move the pavement to the other side of the tree line through the common.

Cycle lane comes to abrupt end, often in to parked cars. Cycle lane needs to be extended through the junction by removing the left turn lane.

The length of A312. Poorly maintained cycle paths. Overgrown, glass and gravel.

Buy, narrow cut through. Lots of speeding. Segregated cycle way needed.

Busy main road. Needs segregated cycle way.

Ferrymead. Lots of corners, parked cars, narrow road, lots of buses.

Could do with a cycle lane and some speed restrictions for cars as they often race way above the 20mph limit

Pavement steep and hard to walk on. Would be much better if whole road was pedestrianised

Barely any space outside sainsbury's because of bus stop right outside and narrow pavement. Widen the pavement

I'm living around here and as you can see there's no bike stand at all

Put a drop kerb in on Kensington Road to access the canal tow path easier.

Traffic calming is needed to control speeding traffic between the parks and particularly traffic that speeds as it comes off South Ealing Road and round the bend towards and away from the parks.

Add a proper dropped kerb here. The A40 cycleway just ends at the bus stop.

Cycle way needed here

Drop kerb needed on southbound cycleway to facilitate access to canal tow path

Pavement too narrow and sloped towards the street - quite dangerous.

To stop rat run and calm traffic around school.

This spot already has road narrowing to calm traffic, but does little to stop the rat run. People are using Elthorne Park Avenue and Leighton Road to cut through the area.

Northfields Avenue would benefit from a dedicated Cycleway, as it is currently unsafe.

To stop rat run around school

Install cycle friendly access, drop kerb etc

Install drop kerbs for cyclists to easily cross the road

There is a cycle path here but the surface is in disrepair with ruts which are dangerous at night. Needs to be surfaced to a higher standard.

Both leaving and entering the park by bike are awkward due to the design of the crossing. Should be upgraded so that the park path accessed the roundabout directly

The pavement here has been made out of asphalt with a steep camber which is uncomfortable for walking. Needs to be made into a normal, flat pavement.

[This proposal has now been implemented] This road has been made temporarily one way, but the alternative, argyle road, is not attractive for cycling. A short cycling contraflow, from Drayton Road to argyle road would be a good solution … [more]

Uphill section with corners. Cars often pass bikes closely. Would benefit from a protected cycle lane. Space could be taken from the chevrons in centre of the road.

Better junction layout for cyclist to turn into Carr Rd or Castle Rd in safety from A312

From Eastcote Lane all the way to the A312 in both directions better cycling infrastructure is needed.

Cycles coming down Horsenden Lane North on the segregated shared use path, and those exiting the Grand Union canal towpath are funnelled onto a very narrow pavement. Traffic crossing the single lane Ballot Box bridge is controlled by … [more]

Horsenden Lane South already has a painted cycle lane, but it is interrupted by car parking, and so fails to offer the safe segregation needed to encourage new cyclists.

No cycle parking

Dangerous coexistence of bikes and heavy traffic. Create off-road cycleway using the wide pavement / on-pavement parking spaces between Willesden Jct turning and the roundabout outside The Collective.

Central Middlesex Hospital, Key workers cycling corridor

Filter motor traffic to one way to allow for wider pavements and dedicated cycle lanes along Churchfield Road. Pavements are not wide enough in places and might help to reduce speeding.

Leaving the park by bike is awkward due to barriers and lack of a clear space to descend onto the carriageway. Remove part of kerb so bikes can leave the path.

There is room for a two way cyclepath on the right hand southbound side of the road here, which would aid cyclists in the area heading towards Ealing Broadway or Greenford area.

Cyclists exiting the park wishing to turn right have to enter a busy road. A pedestrian / cycle crossing would help access and exit for northbound cyclists.

cycle access to the park is difficult for people turning right as the road is quite busy. A pedestrian / cycle crossing would help.

Segregated cycle lane needed all along the Vale.

There are no cycle racks in Hanger Hill Park. On busy afternoons there often are 2 or 3 adult cycles, plus several kids' ones, heaped up in the playground.

Parking needed outside local post office sorting office. Everyone coming here to pick up letters and parcels will be making short journeys easily made by bicycle, but current lack of parking acts as a deterrent.

I know several cyclists who have had bad accidents on Uxbridge Road - proper enforce-able bike lanes please!
