124860Photo #124860Cycles coming down Horsenden Lane North on the segregated shared use path, and those exiting the Grand Union canal towpath are funnelled onto a very narrow pavement.
Traffic crossing the single lane Ballot Box bridge is controlled by traffic lights, which to the south are situated very close to the bridge.
Moving them southward would position them on a wider part of the road and allow the installation of a cycleway next to the pavement.

111199Photo #111199I live with 3 other bicycle owners and my neighbours are also cyclists and would like bicycle parking. We live on a quiet cul de sac and have had illegal theft occur multiple times by the garages next to our house and so we really need safe bike parking. A secure bicycle parking shelter for at least 6 bikes would be ideal and would encourage us all to cycle more instead of driving, even when it's cold and rainy!Cycle parking:

87762Photo #87762I'd suggest secure, enclosed lockable stands within Greenford station. Existing facilities are poor (www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations_destinations/HotspotDetails.aspx) and inadequate and I certainly would not leave my bike there all day whilst at work. The surrounding main roads in Greenford and Sudbury Hill are heavily congested during rush hours and buses to the station are very slow. In addition, there is little or no free parking within reasonable walking distance of the station.Cycle parking:
