[Image created 11.3.23] Perryn Road, London. Context and links: #191923. I can see visually it is an attractive design. However, in use it is impractical: those steps that cross the 'rolling' route. Cyclists/scooters/mobility scooter users/wheelchair users with gravity on their side would not want to have to brake to give way to pedestrians. The same users heading uphill would struggle to start again if they had given way.
